Frequently asked questions

What does it do, and what doesn’t it?

It answers, asks about the service, preferred time and callback number, and sends you the request in WhatsApp, Telegram or by email. It only quotes prices you gave it. With a connected calendar (Google, Altegio) it books the appointment straight away; without one, you confirm the time yourself.

What if I don’t pick up?

The call goes to the assistant via call forwarding, the caller isn’t left hanging.

Is there a data protection agreement?

Yes, handled with a tick at sign-up. The servers are with Hetzner in Germany.

Do callers know they are talking to an assistant?

Yes. If the caller asks, it says honestly: “Yes, I am the AI assistant.”

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You only set up call forwarding for unanswered calls, your number stays.

What does call forwarding cost?

That depends on your provider and plan. Just ask them.

Does the assistant book appointments?

Yes, if you connect your calendar (Google or Altegio), the appointment is entered right away. Without a calendar it notes what it is about and when it suits, and you confirm the time.

Is the call recorded?

No, there is no audio recording. The call transcript is turned into the short request and then discarded. On our demo line, however, we store the call transcript for 30 days. Details in the privacy policy (in German).

What if it does not suit me?

Switch forwarding off again, done. The first 7 days cost nothing, after that every plan can be cancelled monthly.
