What does it cost?

The first 7 days are free, no card. After that it continues on the Start plan: 39 € per month, cancel monthly. Don't want to continue? Write to us before the test ends and it stops.

Do I keep my number?

Yes. Customers call you as always. Only when nobody picks up, the assistant answers.

My customers speak German – and I don't, really. Does that work?

That's exactly what it's for. The assistant talks to callers in German (or Russian/Ukrainian) and sends you the request in English: what they need, when, and the number to call back.

What do my customers hear?

The assistant answers with your business name and asks for the service, preferred time and call-back number. If someone asks whether it's an AI, it says so honestly. It doesn't book appointments or promise anything.

How do I switch it off?

Turn off call forwarding and send us a short message, then nothing continues.

What about data protection?

Nothing is recorded as audio. The data processing agreement (AVV) is included; you get a text for your privacy notice after activation.
